Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, place, or other detail entered in a search box is transmitted to the outside provider that operates that tool. We do not retain or log those search terms on our own systems. The provider’s privacy terms control its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you email us or use a contact form, we keep the information needed to read and answer the message. We do not share a message outside the organization unless responding requires it or disclosure is legally required.
Information Collected Automatically
Ordinary web systems may record technical information when a page loads. That information can include:
